Peaceful and ideal location, tastefully decorated a double room with initially, balcony plus 2 comfortable queen beds.

Gorgeous place, it was clean and had caring staff with great customer service.

The beds were comfortable and the whole room was beautifully presented and brand-new. The service was very efficient with parking under ground. The staff were all friendly efficient, genuinely helpful. 

The hotel was fairly clean, the rooms were very affordable and reasonably spacious with excellent views. The restaurant was great for buffet breakfast, I tried wonderful dishes. Central location was a plus. The area was 

The breakfast has hot and plentiful options with sausages, crispy croissants, omelettes. The location is excellent and beautiful, relatively close to Palm Meadows Golf Course.

Appreciated how well priced and special the property was and its very responsive staff at the reception desk. Also, location was peaceful, just 5 minutes walk from Palm Meadows Golf Course. It was also just next 

Efficient service, excellent and absolutely perfect position to the area we where told to go to. Newly decorated large room with a view.

The hotel location was quiet by gardens. Moreover, it was not far from Pacific Fair Shopping Centre and golf courses and Broadbeach. Booked a room with calming views of the lake and trees.

Responsive stuff team with the hotel's manager, everything was very good.

Wonderful low budget hotel with awesome views of the lake. Lovely room, exceptionally comfortable bed and large bathroom. Marvellous and beautiful location of the property, really close to main attractions, shopping centres and beach, and the Gold Coast Hinterland. 

The towel dog left on our bed with my glasses on its nose was such a cute touch! The housekeeping staff at Mercure are fantastic. Overall I enjoyed the facilities and had a comfortable stay. However, there were a few

My triple room was stocked & beautifully maintained. The location was magnificent and beautiful, overlooking the garden.

Relative peace and quiet.

Room not serviced one day. I feel the restaurant is pricey especially if you have a family. One of my swipe keys failed constantly, even when re-programmed.

Rooms and resort facilities always clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Main pool clean and comfortable. Plenty of seating options. Reception, bar, and restaurant staff always helpful and friendly. Older style hotel but exceptional service. Top
